We are delighted to share a recap of the memorable moments from the G7 6th Annual Conference, held in Phuket, Thailand. This conference marked a special milestone for us as it was our first meeting with the new management and many new members. We had an impressive attendance of over 137+ freight forwarders from around the globe.
G7N REGISTRATION
The registration kicked off with a vibrant showcase of traditional Thai performance art for an immersive cultural experience. Delegates were treated to performances, providing a perfect conference backdrop for memorable photo opportunities and, refreshing free flow of beverages fostering an atmosphere of camaraderie and excitement.
G7N WELCOME COCKTAIL
Dressed in colorful outfits, delegates from around the world gathered for a memorable welcome cocktail party. G7N delegates seized the opportunity to network and forge meaningful connections during the Songkran Thai New Year-themed event. The evening was enriched with spectacular dance performances and live music, accompanied by a variety of cocktails and delicious food. The heart of the event, 1:1 Meetings, provided a platform for fruitful connections and collaborations among 137+ freight forwarders across the globe. These meetings were more than just business transactions; they were opportunities to build new bridges, reignite old connections, and cultivate enduring friendships. G7N conferences aren't solely about conducting business; they're about the bonds that are formed and the relationships that endure long after the event concludes.
1:1 G7N SWIM UP MEETINGS
The swim-up meetings provided a refreshing setting for over 137 freight forwarders to connect and collaborate. As delegates cooled off in the pool, conversations flowed freely over beer, forging new partnerships and solidifying friendships. These gatherings embodied the essence of G7N conferences, where relationships thrive unforgettable ways.
G7N BEACH VOLLEYBALL
The G7N Beach Volleyball added a fun element to the conference, with freight forwarders friendly games in Beach Volleyball. Participants ran, rolled over the sands, spiked, saved, and scored during the friendly tournament! It was truly an enjoyable morning before the 1:1 meetings. Everyone is a winner!
G7N CITY TOUR
Delegates who chose to join the City Tour enjoyed exploring the scenic beauty and history of the big buddha and phuket town! It was indeed a delightful experience.
G7N GALA DINNER
The third day of the conference was indeed one of the busiest, but that didn’t stop the G7N delegates. With full energy, they had a blast during the G7 Gala Dinner with a Tropical Surf theme, sponsored by Knot Global Holdings Co., Ltd., at the Ocean Beach Club, Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort!
