With over 20 years of supply chain management experience, Nils Walle starting with the Combined Logistics Networks as a “side hustle” in 2002 with his study buddy from Singapore. Walle is a strong advocate for building trustworthy partnership-oriented communities of like-minded Freight Forwarding business owners and decision makers. Built 9 Freight forwarding community networks and Co-Founded The Freight Summit, an annual open community conference for Forwarders since 2008 attended by over 3000+ Forwarders Worldwide. Throughout his career he’s been passionate about facilitating business transactions amongst independent freight forwarders from all over the world by providing them with personalized networking solutions, global marketing initiatives, IT solutions and international conferences and exhibitions. Melvin Xavier has been involved in the freight forwarding industry almost all of his life. He grew up in his family freight business and has been working with them for 16 years now. As one of the Directors at Golden Cargo Services, he is responsible for overseeing and managing portfolio of key accounts across their offices in Dubai, Kuwait, Cochin, Malaysia and Singapore. During his time at GCS, he played a role on the development of their company with their turnovers tripling and revenues increasing by 125%. He is also the co-founder and director of a specialist freight network called Cold Chain Connect and regional network called Emerge Freight Alliance. CCC is a network committed to bringing together professionals that are passionate about Cold Chain Logistics – a network which is in line with his strength in the field of perishables, while Emerge is an alliance for forwarders who have a shared interest in Africa and the Middle East. He recently had the honor of completing his FIATA Diploma from NAFL. He also was voted as one of the Top 100 Young Entrepreneurs amongst Indians in the Middle East and North Africa Region and featured in the Super 100 Publication. He also runs training programs at the Local Freight Institute (National Association of Freight and Logistics).

Christian Raeuber has more than 20 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry. Aside from freight forwarding, he is a specialist in the fields of events management, web-development and in providing outsourcing solutions for forwarders and networks in the Philippines.

11+ years in Banking and Finance Industry and another 5 years working as a consultant. She has gained international experience in business as a consultant working in a broad range of industries, including in-depth financial research into global shipping ports, operational statistics on satellite technology, palm oil industries' financials and operating data, along with several other industries which required detailed analysis of the business. Most of her project work was done in response to specific requests from clients around the world. Other projects were done on an ongoing basis, which required developing a relationship with specific clients and service providers. With all these garnered skills and extensive background in customer interfacing, Jennifer brings her expertise to aid in assisting with the needs of the members of the X2 Logistics Networks

Kristin, a native of the Philippines, has 12+ years of experience working with the banking and educational sectors. She was a highly motivated bookkeeper for 5 years in the banking industry working on accountancy, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and managing a range of additional finance-related tasks. Prior to this, she worked as an accounting specialist for 4 years in the private industry where she dealt with clients in preparing audit reports and submission of tax forms in compliance with government agencies. She also has 3+ years of experience working as a vocational education mentor for secondary students in Thailand to ensure vocational graduates' competitiveness in their chosen fields. Kristin has great working ethic and has been recognized by her colleagues to be a great character. She is always eager to undertake new challenges and has a logical mind with a pragmatic approach to solving problems. Given the number of years working in the corporate field, combined with strong organizational and communication skills, we believe she will be an asset to the X2 Team.

Born and raised in the Philippines. I graduated in accountancy and has enhanced my communication, teaching, and accounting skills through different experiences locally and abroad. Currently employed as accounting & collection assistant based in Thailand, I am a person who gives her full devotion to learning new things and developing skills. I enjoy being connected to people and providing help to the best of my ability.

11+ years in the Logistics Industry. Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Andrea graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of her country, Andrea has and has worked in international companies such as ECU Worldwide and TTSA Peru. With her experience in the logistics industry, and creative thinking we believe she will be a good addition to the network and will help to make our presence strong in Latin America.

10+ years in Sales and Marketing/Event Management. From the heart of Europe, David was born and raised in beautiful Slovakia, where he graduated with a Master's degree from Digital marketing communication and advertising at Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra. He started gaining experience of business at a relatively young age 15, where his professional journey in the Music Industry started as DJ/Music Producer and Event Manager - naturally hand in hand with Marketing as Manager and Promoter for clubs/events.Later he started studying at University and at the same time he started his own marketing agency at that time providing service also for local and international companies/brands. After a few years he felt that he needed change from Creative Industry and after finishing his degree at University he started working in the Finance Industry as Sales Manager leading the sales team for one of biggest insurance companies and later for brokerage company to offer financial services to customers. Sales is in his blood, and there is no better feeling for him than closing deals. His clients are like his 2nd family, he treats and stands behind them, no matter what! David is ambitious and responsible person and with his skills and understanding specific needs of clients, building long term business relationships he is now part of X2 Group!

With over 8 years of experience in sales, Shawn has built a strong career in business development and client relations. Born in Israel, he has spent the past 5 years living abroad, immersing himself in diverse cultures and gaining a global perspective. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from Stamford International University in Thailand. His professional journey began in logistics, where he served as Head of Logistics in an accessible logistics solutions company in Israel while simultaneously specializing in business development. Prior to that, he honed his sales expertise in the cosmetics industry in Bangkok. After the challenges of COVID, he made the strategic decision to further his education, earning a degree that would propel his career to new heights. Sales is his passion, and nothing drives him more than delivering successful deals. He thrives on meeting new clients, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring they receive tailored solutions that benefit them the most. For Shawn, every customer is different, and that’s why he believes in providing personalized service that guarantees satisfaction. His commitment to excellence and long-term relationships makes him an invaluable asset in the sales industry.

10+years of experience in international sales. Miya comes from North China. Studied in South Korea. Developed her career path in both Europe and Asia. Has successfully consistently played a consultant role to be able to provide her business partner/clients with the most suitable solutions in the last decade.Always has eager to learn and passion for life.

Anu Verma, born and raised in India, is a B.Tech and MBA graduate with diversified experience in the IT industry as a developer. She worked in the hospitality industry as an administrator for a year before venturing into the e-commerce industry, where she served as a Sales Operations Manager for almost 5 years. Anu is heavily involved in analytics and number crunching, demonstrating a passion for working with numbers.

6+ years in Marketing Industry. Grace was born in the Philippines graduated in Thailand with Business Management degree. As a seasoned Marketing Analyst, she brings a wealth of experience in crafting compelling brand strategies and driving impactful campaigns. With a keen understanding of market dynamics, she thrives on leveraging innovative solutions to propel businesses forward. Her strategic mindset and results-driven approach have consistently delivered measurable success in brand positioning and customer engagement. She is willing to collaborate to transform ideas into market triumphs.

Born in Yangon, Myanmar- he has over a decade of experience in Shipping & Logistics. Starting in 2014, he joined a Shipping Company become strong team member of well-known Japanese Shipping Company, excelling in sales, customer service, and marketing. He played a key role in the 2018 merger of three  Shipping Companies, establishing the Yangon branch's basic sales foundation and market reach. He has extensive knowledge of Shipping & Logistics Management, e-commerce, and CRM systems. From 2021 to 2024, he worked at a Freight Forwarding and Logistics 2 companies, surpassing sales targets and delivering remarkable results. In 2024, he joined the X2 Membership Service team, bringing his wealth of experience to benefit colleagues and members.

+11 years in the Shipping and Logistics industry. Thristan or Stan as his colleagues called him started a professional career in shipping back in 2000. He started as part of the Export Documentation team of one of the well-known shipping companies in the industry. Later in his career, he became part of the core team responsible for the successful implementation of a new customer service system. Driven by his goal for success and excellence, as a trainer and a subject matter expert, he was able to provide valuable contributions to the successful delivery and implementation of projects within the organization. Became part of a Freight Forwarding company in 2005 assigned to supervise and lead a team of young professionals in handling regional support activities in Asia Pacific and Australia. He is a dedicated professional trainer providing extensive training in customer service, leadership, and systems training. Overall, his extensive experience in customer service, leadership, training, project management and logistics made him the right person for his new role.

With over 7 years of experience across digital marketing, content strategy, branding, and corporate communications, Ramin brings a rare combination of creativity and strategic thinking to her work. Passionate about closing the gap between brands and their audiences, she focuses on driving engagement, shaping brand identity, and delivering communication that resonates with the right people and creates lasting impact.
