Nils Walle

Co-Director & CEO

A strong network is not measured by the number of members it has, but by the trust, collaboration, and opportunities its members create together.

With over 20 years of experience in supply chain and freight forwarding, Nils Walle has founded nine global logistics networks, including Combined Logistics Networks (CLN), and co-founded The Freight Summit, a leading conference that has brought together more than 3,000 freight forwarders since 2008.

Driven by the belief that strong businesses are built on trusted relationships, Nils has created platforms that combine networking, technology, marketing, and industry events to help members expand globally. His vision continues to shape G7 Logistics Networks as a community where collaboration leads to long-term growth and opportunity.

Christian Raeuber

Director

Our brand is more than a logo; it's the collective success, trust, and reputation built by every G7 member around the world.

With more than 20 years of experience in freight forwarding, Christian Raeuber combines logistics expertise with a strong background in marketing, technology, and business development. His experience spans event management, web development, outsourcing solutions, and strategic communications.

Known for his creative thinking and innovative approach, Christian has played a key role in developing marketing strategies, digital platforms, and international events that bring freight forwarders together. At G7 Logistics Networks, he focuses on building a strong global brand, fostering meaningful connections, and creating opportunities that help members grow their business.

Melvin Xavier

Director

We don't just connect freight forwarders, we build a global community where every partnership has the potential to create new opportunities.

With over 16 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics, Melvin Xavier brings extensive operational expertise and strategic leadership to G7 Logistics Networks. As Director at Golden Cargo Services, he has overseen key international markets across Dubai, Kuwait, India, Malaysia, and Singapore, helping drive significant business growth.

Melvin is also the co-founder of Cold Chain Connect and Emerge Freight Alliance. A FIATA Diploma holder and recognized among the Top 100 Young Entrepreneurs in the Middle East and North Africa, he is passionate about developing the logistics industry through mentorship, education, and global collaboration.
