A passionate advocate for trust-driven partnerships, Nils has spent his career creating platforms where independent freight forwarders don't just connect — they grow. From personalised networking solutions and global marketing initiatives to IT tools and international conferences, his work has helped thousands of forwarders worldwide build lasting business relationships and unlock new opportunities.
Christian Raeuber
Director
With over 20 years of experience in freight forwarding, Christian Raeuber brings a unique combination of industry knowledge and business insight. Beyond logistics, he has extensive experience in events management, web development, and outsourcing solutions, helping freight forwarders and networks to grow and operate more effectively.
Known for his creative approach and strong understanding of marketing, Christian has a natural ability to develop new ideas and communicate them in a way that connects with people.
Melvin Xavier
Director
Melvin Xavier has been involved in the freight forwarding industry for 16 years. As Director at Golden Cargo Services, he oversees key accounts across Dubai, Kuwait, Cochin, Malaysia, and Singapore — contributing to a tripling of turnover and a 125% increase in revenue.
A co-founder and director of Cold Chain Connect and Emerge Freight Alliance, Melvin brings deep expertise in perishables logistics and Africa & Middle East trade lanes. He holds a FIATA Diploma, was recognised as one of the Top 100 Young Entrepreneurs among Indians in the Middle East and North Africa, and runs training programs at the National Association of Freight and Logistics.
