Hunter Cargo and Customs Export Pontoons and Gangways to Yokohama in Collaboration with Knot Global Holdings
Brisbane, Australia — Hunter Cargo and Customs, a member of the G7N and G7N Projects network, has successfully completed a significant project shipment of 385 tonnes of pontoons and gangways from Brisbane to Yokohama, Japan. This achievement was realized in collaboration with G7N and G7N Projects members of Knot Global Holdings.
The project involved the flawless handling of 23 oversized pieces of bulk freight, a task that spanned six months. The operation required meticulous management of freight movements and collections while navigating the complexities of evolving COVID-19 restrictions and major weather challenges. Despite these hurdles, Hunter Cargo and Customs adhered strictly to the specialized handling, lifting, and crane requirements stipulated by the client.
The shipment was systematically collected and stored at Hunter Cargo and Customs’ extensive storage facilities before being transported to Brisbane Wharf. From there, it was shipped via break bulk vessel to its final destination in Yokohama.
This successful execution underscores Hunter Cargo and Customs’ expertise and reliability in handling complex international logistics projects. The company’s ability to seamlessly coordinate with partners like our G7N and G7N Projects member – Knot Global Holdings highlights the strength and efficiency of the G7 network partnership in delivering critical shipments on a global scale.
Celebrating the success of yet another collaboration within our G7N community!
