The merger unites two legacy, family-owned organisations with deep roots in the U.S. trade and brokerage sector. By combining their operational expertise, industry knowledge and long-standing client relationships, the unified organisation strengthens its ability to support clients navigating an increasingly complex global trade environment.

Founded in New York in 1949, Sobel Network Shipping has evolved into a nationally respected logistics and brokerage firm while maintaining a strong commitment to hands-on service and accountability. Charles A. Redden, with origins dating back to 1910 and a recently renewed U.S. Customs Broker License, brings additional depth in customs expertise and regulatory compliance.

This strategic union preserves the shared values of both companies while expanding scale, capability and service continuity for clients across the United States.
