Zenith Tianjin International Logistics Accelerates Trane HVAC Shipments Through Parallel Route Planning
G7 member ZTIL Zenith Tianjin International Logistics supported Trane HVAC with time-sensitive shipping requirements by exploring multiple ports and routes simultaneously to identify suitable shipping solutions and help move the cargo as quickly as possible.
The shipments covered three routes involving 18 units of HVAC equipment, with a combined volume of 1,528 CBM. The first shipment involved 8 units measuring 717 CBM from Tianjin to Chennai and Vizag. The second shipment consisted of 4 units weighing 70 MT and measuring 298 CBM from Tianjin to Mumbai. The third shipment involved 6 units weighing 68 MT and measuring 513 CBM from Shanghai to Lázaro Cárdenas.
Rather than relying on a single port or fixed routing option, ZTIL searched across three ports and routes in parallel, delivering the proposed solutions together in one response. By continuously monitoring vessel schedules and market conditions, the team assessed available options and identified suitable routes without unnecessary trial and error.
The shipments also required careful operational planning to meet carrier requirements. ZTIL coordinated weighing for individual pieces exceeding 28 MT, maintained separate documentation for the three destinations, and worked backwards from the estimated time of berthing (ETB) to secure the required loading windows.

Close coordination with suppliers was equally important. The team worked together to move the cargo to the appropriate ports and coordinate each stage, from cargo receiving through to vessel loading, helping ensure that planning translated into timely execution.
This project highlights ZTIL’s ability to respond quickly to urgent customer requirements, evaluate multiple shipping options, and coordinate complex, multi-route cargo movements. It reflects the value of proactive planning, operational expertise, and responsive service within the G7 Logistics Networks community.
